I was going to read it after you had gone, I came across this Grey Man meme of “Not Politcally Correct” memes aimed at people who have no sense of humour but know all about political correctness and was reading about that instead. You will be safer with that until everyone else in Venezuela finds out about the secret hoards their government is hiding.  The upset that will bring an end your present regime.

Oh that’s not a secret, the militia has  control of the food and everything and rationing is the rule.
I think the Maduros government has basically a good intent. Following Chavez who was a Trump-like leader only a communist. In all fairness he was fighting the fascists most of his life. I think your father would have appreciated what he tried to do but of course a communist system ultimately fails as nothing can sustain a government that has to give more than they get, people in government are naturally corrupt. tThe same is true with police forces everywhere, they just can’t help it. Who is going to force them to obey the laws?

That is why governments fail too, they make laws to suit the people in power. They just can’t help it. It is a mixture of failures endemic to people not making the right decisions. One little thing and nobody will notice.

Except they do and then they expect you to play along with them in their own scheme and then another group want to do the same… and then they are all corrupt
