A massive tornado comlex Low runs across the North Atlantic to Britain where on Stromboli new lava overflowed the North Crater and the stuff on the Mid Atlantic ridge looks destined for North America.

And now it is Monday

I get it that something had erupted but what. Whatever it was, looking at the aftermath is not enlightening. That tornado signal still streches across the North Atlantic, the trouble is the low Pressure is insufficicient to power anything but dissipation at sea.

I have to admit It looks like fine weather. I should be happy.

And go look at Indonesia until it ends. (:

White Island (Antarctica): (27 May) The GeoNet surveillance camera recorded another vigorous steam-gas plume dissipating above the island on 25 May at 8:10 local time. The footage from the Whakatane camera indicates that the activity has been very similar to the moderate event on 24 May.
Hence, the alert level for the volcano remains Level 3, and the Aviation Colour Code has been changed to Orange.
